Want to boost your immune system with a simple exercise program?

Number one tip is to walk. That’s it, just walking a few times per week will boost your system and help you fight off “bugs” that are out to get you!

Number two, stay hydrated! Most people think they are hydrated, but a recent study showed 80% of Americans don’t drink enough water. This often comes up with muscle testing. People then tell me they drink enough water, but with some thought, realize their last glass of water was the day before. Your body needs to be properly hydrated to function, that includes your immune and lymph system.

Number three, get out in the sun and soak up vitamin D. D is crucial to a proper functioning immune system. So, if you put tip number one with number three, you’ll kill two birds with one stone.

Number four, leafy greens. Why? Calcium! Your immune system will not function at capacity without calcium in your tissues. Calcium is crucial for absorption of other nutrients that will keep your immune system booming.

Number five, cut down on your sugar. Sugar does nothing but depress the immune system. Studies have shown a decrease in immune function for hours after consuming sugar. So, try and avoid that extra ice cream or candy bar.

We don’t have to get crazy to boost our immune system, although I applaud anyone who wants to take it to the next level. For now, look at these basic steps, figure out your plan, then execute. Live in confidence, never in fear!
